Whether you are planning your first visit to Shetland, or you are a regular visitor to the Islands, our aim is to make your stay a memorable one.

Our hotels are centrally located in the heart of Lerwick and offer easy access to the local shops, harbour, bus, ferry and taxi services, and all the other amenities you would expect to find in a busy town centre.

We offer well appointed and comfortable accommodation that is equipped with the all usual 'extras' that provide the 'home away from home' touch that means so much.

Our staff, as you would expect are, friendly and courteous, polite and helpful and, are committed to making your visit one you would want to repeat many times.

For those who smoke
Both the Queens and Grand Hotels offer a number of designated smoking rooms.  If you require one of these rooms, please ask when booking otherwise you will be placed in non-smoking accomodation.

Internet Access.
Free Wireless internet Access is available in most rooms, the public bar areas and, dining rooms in both the Queens and Grand Hotels.
We are continually expanding our systems but cannot presently guarantee access in every room.
If access in your room is a 'must have' please advise our staff when booking.
